Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Stationery Paradise! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at stationeryparadise25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the item.
Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
