Shipping policy

Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please Note:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: Canada and the United States

  • International: Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Stationery Paradise is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damages

Stationery Paradise is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged:

  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  3. Notify us at stationeryparadise25@gmail.com so we can assist you if needed.

7. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbours and your local post office.

  • Contact the shipping carrier for more details.

  • If the issue persists, email us at stationeryparadise25@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.
